When will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information by email once the order ships.

How long does delivery take?

We currently ship to the United States only, with orders dispatched from China. Standard Shipping is estimated at 9–20 business days after dispatch (10–23 business days total including processing). Orders under $80 USD have a $9.99 USD Standard Shipping charge; orders of $80 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Track Order page with your order details.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact service@firesiy.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Please wait for written instructions before sending an item back.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us for written return authorization before sending an item back.
