30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging where applicable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
How to Request Help
- Email service@firesiy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging when applicable.
- Wait for written return authorization and instructions before sending anything back. Do not send a return to an address shown on the parcel or to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
- Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide the available resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Non-eligible Returns
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless the issue was present on arrival.
Return Shipping and Refund Timing
Return shipping instructions are provided only after authorization. We do not include pre-paid return labels in orders. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the applicable return-shipping arrangement will be confirmed in writing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item, when requested, is received and inspected; the time for a credit to appear may vary by payment provider.
