Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
Shipping Destination and Dispatch Location
We currently ship orders to customers in the United States only. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in China. The U.S. address listed on our Return & Refund Policy is an authorized return warehouse only and is not our order-dispatch location.
Delivery Estimates
For orders shipping within the United States, estimated carrier transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 9–20 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time, including processing: 10–23 business days.
Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping costs $9.99 USD for orders under $80 USD. Orders of $80 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Available shipping methods, destination availability, and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.
Tracking, Delays, and Delivery Issues
You can track an order from the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or on our Track Order page. If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at service@firesiy.com with your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
